| A “presbytery” is a group of congregations in a regional area connected with one another by confessional unity and communion in service and ministry. We are committed to fulfilling the mission of the kingdom of God through the proclamation of the gospel of Christ, and we desire to see this kingdom grow through the planting of new churches and continuing care and oversight given to established congregations. It is our conviction that Presbyterianism is the model of church government taught in Scripture (cf. Acts 14:23, Titus 1:5). |
